Contest rules

All Vietnamese citizens and foreigners who are at least 18 years old, do not lose their civil act capacity or having limited civil act capacity (except for members of the Competition Organizing Committee and related persons prescribed by the Competition Organizing Committee).

From 00h00 on September 15^st, 2021 to 24:00 on November 15^th, 2021

Before November 30^th, 2021.

- Contest photos are photos of landscape, nature, caves, flora and fauna... that taken by the author himself in Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park.

- Contest photos must be authentic, not cropped and taken with a high quality, definition camera or smartphone, artistic and suitable content to the contest's theme. Contest photos are photos that have not been awarded in any photo contest in Vietnam or internationally.

- Contest photos must be fully noted (where taken, when, ...).

* The first way

- Access to https://anh.phongnhakebang.vn

- Send your personal information (Full name, date of birth, address, email, contact phone number, nationality).

- Send photos and information notes according to the instructions on the Website.  

- Enter the security code and press the “Submit photo” button. At this time, you will receive a confirmation message from the contest organizer's email and interact directly with your contest photos.

* The second way:

- Send your photo to the organizers email address “pnkb.cuocthianh@gmail.com” with personal information (Full name, date of birth, address, email, contact phone number, nationality), image title and caption information.

- The organizers will send an confirmation email to you with the time and address of posting the photos.

- 01 first prize: Worth 10.000.000 VNĐ.

- 02 second prizes: Worth 5.000.000 VNĐ.

- 03 third prizes: Worth 3.000.000 VNĐ.

- 04 consolation prizes: Each prize worth 1.000.000 VNĐ.

The prize is valid within one month from the date of announcement of the contest results (if the epidemic situation is complicated, there will be adjustments in accordance with the actual situation). After the above deadline, the prize is no longer valid. The prize is transferable to another person under the conditions stipulated by the Organizer.

- Based on the scoring results on the contest page to determine the award.

+ Select the photos with the total score from high to low to award.

+ In case the photos have the same score, the Organizer will evaluate and decide.

- Winners will be announced on the Contest Website and notified via registered email of the winner immediately after the contest ends.

- The Organizer reserve the right to use works without payment of any expenses.

- Prize-winning works that violate the contest rules, the Organizer reserve the right to withdraw the award and cancel the results for the works.

- Authors are responsible for the copyrights of their works. In the case of any disputes or complaint related to works, the organizers will decide the final results of the contest works.  

Contest participants have the right to complain about the contest results within 15 days from the date of publication. The organizer is responsible for settling complaints and responding to complainants within 10 days from the date of receipt of complaints.
